cuz i heard kegel exercises do not even work…it dont even make it tighter.. so are there other options other dan surgery and kegel exercises?
the muscles of the pelvic floor are like all other muscles…if you can contract them enough…they will become stronger. The problem is that they are pretty small…and difficult to contract effectively.
I’d recommend buying a book on the real Kaegal exercises. The real technique goes beyond simply stopping your urine flow…they actually involved contracting them arround your fingers (for example) so that you are contracting them correctly etc.

I am male and have been advised to do this in conjunction with back exercises, but how do I do it?
pee, and then stop and then start and then stop and then start…
also make like you’re ‘cutting off’ a poo!
that’s where your pelvic floor is.
Once you get used to feeling these muscles working, it gets easier to excercise them!
(kinda like wiggling your ears!)
the pay off is that it’s supposed to make orgasm more intense and controlling orgasm easier!
how’s that for incentive?
us girls can get ‘weights’ for this, they slip into the vagina, and you’re supposed to try and lift them for a count of ten and then relax…
dunno if a) you can get these for guys b) if guys would use them if you could!

I know it’s a weird question, but just wonderin’!
Would we all have to wear nappies? There’d be no such thing as skinny fit jeans then!!
The world would be our toilet. (Ew.) There would be no need to potty train toddlers then, I guess. That would be awesome. But then everyone would have to have plastic beds and clothes. Eugh. This is probably the most interesting question I have ever answered on Yahoo! Answers. Wow.

How do i get rid of that smell? Febreze doesnt seem to be working.
Some of these can be washed in a machine, so check the label. Don’t use bleach, that will just damage the fibers (though it will kill the mildew). If you can launder it, use the hottest setting you can.
You can also keep it out in the hot sun for a few days. The heat and UV rays can kill bacteria. You can also take it to a professional dry cleaners and ask for help.
Finally, you can sprikle it down with baking soda and let it sit for a day. Personally, I’d cover it in baking soda, steam clean it, then leave it out in the sun to dry. Hmm, actually if it were soaked in urine, I’d probably replace it.
