nothing happened! The urine flow stayed the same! That used to work, but I can’t stop it any more! Now I know that I need kegel exercises but how do I know if I’m doing it right?
I’ve done it before, I used to be able to stop half way, but now when I try it doesn’t work.

If you are young this will not stop effect your flow. You know you are working the right muscles if when you pee you try to stop the flow completely. If you can stop peeing, you know where the kegel exercises are targeting. Just squeeze and hold and release. If you are having incontinence issues, see a doctor. They can help, young or old.

In doing kegel excercise there is sqeeze & release of pc muscle so i have to squeeze pc muscle by hand or i dont know

No not by hand:suppose you are peeing,make the flow stop by contracting your muscles,pee on and contract the pelvic muscles again.
See if you can do it now.
Feels also like you ,on purpose, close your anus tighter.Like pulling it inwards

Hi-

I was recently diagnosed with Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome and I have been referred to a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist. I’ve never heard of this! Has anyone been to one before? What should I expect? Any stories/warnings are appreciated!

You will be instructed in exercises, and biofeedback. A lot of patients do well. I know people who have been and therapists that do this. It is not my speciality, howwever. Best wishes.

Ok like whenever someone tickles my feet or holds me against my will and i cant get away i empty my bladder either all the way or mostly. What should i do to help control my bladder release problem?

Don’t allow anyone to hold you against your will or tickle your feet. It’s abusive is it’s done to such an extreme that you lose control of your bladder.
