There is a commercial for a bladder control product. I think it may be Detrol LA. Anyway, the woman in the commercial is at a party and she is really embarrased because she thinks that everyone can tell that she has a bladder control problem as if she were wearing a big sign. She actually IS wearing a big sign in the commercial. I want to be this for Holloween. What does the sign say? What does it look like? ( big, yellow?)

I want to start doing kegels to get my vagina tighter but i read on more than one site that just the exercise alone doesnt do much without some resistance. i dont want to spend a fortune on the Kegelmaster or one of those things. so is there someway i can create the same resistance with items from home?
When you go to the restroom to pee, stop the flow several times. Hold it for a second or two then let go. Do that a couple of times every time you go. IT will also help with urinary incontinence when you get older and after you have babies.

I have begun doing the kegel exercises but am not sure how to properly do them. Ive found my PC muscle and followed certain instructions, but do i perform this while i have an erection or does it not matteR?

I am 7 months pregnant and about to start working on yoga exercises and kegels to help prepare me for an easier labor. Should I continue these exercises until I give birth, or should I continue for a shorter period of time???
Nope no reason to stop doing them. They will do you no harm. You should be doing them at least twice a day and keep doing them asasp after the birth, especially if you have tears or stitches as this will help promote blood flow to the site and help it heal quicker.

i’ve posted a question on this category earlier about my bowel incontinence problem. now i’ve taken all the tests possible to assess my problem like blood test, urine test, fecal test, colonoscopy, and another test to detect fistula, etc.. and all those tests cost me a fortune! there’s still CT scan, but i’m reluctant to do it because i’ve heard it might cause allergic reaction on my skin. now the problem is, even if i do CT Scan, there’s only one option for me that is to do surgery. my doctor said the surgery will cause pain each time i pass motion. i’m only 28, so i don’t wanna live with the pain for the rest of my life. but i read on several websites that kegel exercise can help with bowel incontinence but i do not know the exact method. can someone advise pls..
I don’t know anything about bowel incontinence, but I do know a little bit about the kegel muscle. When you are urinating in the toilet, try to stop your flow of urine mid-stream. The muscle you use to do this is your kegel muscle. If you do this a few times, you will get the feel for how to use or "flex" this muscle. Then you can do exercises while you are sitting at the computer or driving your car or whatever, by just "flexing" this muscle, the same way you do when you are stopping your flow of urine.
