I heard from my friend that kegel exercises are good for men’s health, can you explain me how and where i should go to find them.

i’m trying to improve my pelvic floor strength but i’m not sure if i’m doing the exercise right
is i were to sit in front of a mirror and do the squeeze and lift in front, what would my area down there look like, would it be moving upwards or what?

you should be able to see your butthole tightening up if your looking in a mirror.
if you insert a (clean) finger or two inside your vagina you should be able to feel the muscles squeezing.
and as for your pee hole, you should be able to stop yourself peeing when your doing the exercises.

I have been suffering from urinary incontinence for the past several years. I have tried doing Kegel exercises over and over again and sometimes they do slow the symptoms down, but the problem still has not been solved. What can I do that will make the problem stop?
Note: For personal reasons, going to a doctor and having medical treatment are not options.

They make mens pant liners now days so if you piss yourself they take all the flood of water. Then when you get to the next bus shelter take your trousers and pants off and change the wet liner, putting the wet one in the bin to be recycled by the next unluckey pisser person.

I had a miscarriage at almost 12 weeks about 4 years ago. Ever since I’ve had trouble with incontinence, getting worse as time goes on. I asked my gyno and she said it should stop but I’m not sure. Can the incontinence be a result of the miscarriage? Is it something I should be worried about? I’m only 30 and don’t want to have to wear something every day in fear of having a leakage issue.

Not normally. You may be on medications that cause it. And yes, it should stop. also, pay attention to damaged or sore perineum, rectum or rectal muscles, but they will heal. If you mean bladder control, see UTI.

lately i’ve been releasing small amounts of urine right after i use the bathroom…is this normal? have you experienced this before?

In early pregnancy, it is common for some women to experience ’stress incontinence’ – peeing a bit when they cough, sneeze, go to stand up, throw up. it’s all from the growing uterus coming forward and pressing the bladder. Leaning slightly forward when you do go pee, will lessen the chances of peeing at unexpected times as it helps to fully empty the bladder.

You can ask your doctor about keigel exercises, to help tone up your pelvic floor to reduce the chances of stress incontinence after baby is born.

Not all women are stuck peeing their pants every time the cough, laugh, jump up and down, or puke for the rest of their lives.. I had a 9 pound kid and my bladder still holds like a champ.

What is kegel exercise? How to perform them? What benefit will it give me to my sexual organs penis etc? I’ve red that it provides benefits like penis hardness,enlargement etc. So how to perform kegel exercise?

The Kegel exercise can increase how long orgasms last nothing else.
Start by tightening the muscles you use to hold in a pee or both Then hold them in for around 2 secs
do this around 20 times a day then every week go up by 20
when you pass 60 hold them in for different times and go in and out.
I do around 50 a day and the vary in time my orgasms are extreme. So good even better if you don;t have sex or masturbate for a few weeks
