this exercise is for men who want to control their ejaculations better. i read up on a few sites and they’ve given tips on how to do them. i’m wondering how well does this work? when will you see effects? and is it full proof? as in will doing this actually have even a slight improvement to your endurance?
It can definitely strengthen your erections, as well as allow you to last longer during sex, however you need to learn it correctly…squeeze your PC the wrong way, and you can actually cause premature ejaculation…the whole reason you started the exercises in the first place
Is there a particular manual/method to perform kegel exercise? and
are there any objects/toys which can be used to perform Kegel Exercises for males?
I understand that females use Ben-Wa Balls , are the balls suitable for males as well?
Simply hold your butt cheeks together for 5 seconds, and let go. Repeat as often as you want, wherever you are! lol
Well I think I have it but Im not sure but I will know tomorrow. I had my baby a month ago and when I look into my vagina I could see a part of my uterus. Also, Can I still get pregnant in the future?
If you have a prolapse, exercises will not help.
good luck tomorrow.
I’ve found Kegelmaster and Kegel Dynamics. Any suggestions of what works best?
The squeeze and release
can mastering kegel excerises and the use of your pelvic muscles allow you to stop ejaculation on command?
Yes, but you need to squeeze early, before the feeling of orgasm becomes too overwhelming. Squeezing to late just gets you a bad orgasm.
I want to start doing kegels to get my vagina tighter but i read on more than one site that just the exercise alone doesnt do much without some resistance. i dont want to spend a fortune on the Kegelmaster or one of those things. so is there someway i can create the same resistance with items from home?
When you go to the restroom to pee, stop the flow several times. Hold it for a second or two then let go. Do that a couple of times every time you go. IT will also help with urinary incontinence when you get older and after you have babies.
I am 7 months pregnant and about to start working on yoga exercises and kegels to help prepare me for an easier labor. Should I continue these exercises until I give birth, or should I continue for a shorter period of time???
Nope no reason to stop doing them. They will do you no harm. You should be doing them at least twice a day and keep doing them asasp after the birth, especially if you have tears or stitches as this will help promote blood flow to the site and help it heal quicker.

I do 300 a day
They start working within a few days although you might not really notice the difference for a few weeks, but…
… like any muscle, your PCs respond best to exercise when there’s time to *rest* in between.
100 a day (ten sets of 10, each one ten seconds long) every *other* day will get you faster results than doing 300 every day. It’ll also help to do some *pushing* after each set or after each squeeze)… Kegels aren’t just about toning the muscles, they’re about getting voluntary *control* of them.
Do kegel exercises really work?and is it OK to start it at 16?
for men and women
what benefits does it have?
what is the benefits?
well the exercise has shown better results for treatment of urinary incontinence and to prevent prolapse after child birth.however the effect of exercise on sexual functions is ??? so for a 16 year old i would say its not harmful…
