I have urinary and bowel incontinence, should i use diapers i cant control when i "go" thanks.
Yes diapers are very good to help with incontinence but i would also look into getting other type of products like briefs or disposable pads.
Incontinence pads can be used for many levels of incontinence:
Pads for light to moderate incontinence, Pads for moderate to severe incontinence includes larger shaped pads and all-in-One pads are also suitable for moderate to severe incontinence when ease of use is also important.
Everything above is good for on the move and at night but also look into mattress protectors etc.. for the night.
Hope this helps.

That’s what they’re for. Have you been to a doctor to find out why you have this problem? If it was just your bowels it could be something you ate, but bowels and bladder?
