If you are a man you need to have your prostate checked as this can be symptomatic of an enlarged prostate which may or may not lead to prostate cancer. If you are a woman it may be that your bladder is weak from bearing children, etc. and there are exercises that can help to strengthen your muscles or there is a surgical procedure that can help. Man or woman: it could be a urinary track infection which you will need to be tested for and given antibiotics to treat. It is also a symptom of diabetes to urinate frequently.
