it doesn matter what age you are im 12 and it happens to me at times but you just have a bad cough go to your doctor or your urine is ful , remember to drink alot of vitiamin juices it fights it

I was having the same problem and went to the doctor she told me from having babies my muscles on my bladder was weak and I needed surgery.

I hear that kegels make those muscles stronger. If you've had children in the past i'm sure this is just another glamorous part of womanhood. Good luck.
