Where should I look for information on adult incontinence?

Are there any products out there that aren’t really embarrasing? I don’t want to ask my doctor because I don’t want medical advice – I’d rather find out from women who are experiencing it too

hello sam have you done a google search if not try it

You could look for advice from other women, but really your doctor will be able to help you.

The link below has several links with articles describing causes, etc. I just experienced it for the first time about a year ago. Try Kegal exercises. This is done when you urinate. Let the urine flow start and then cut it off. Do this several times every time you urinate. This will help strengthen the muscles that prevent urine leakage and incontinence. While it will not prevent all types, this should help with most.

    Good luck to you!!!
