Kegel is for women and men.
Anywho, just to start things…the body makes sperm without stopping. So right when you ejaculate, you already have sperm waiting in your testes. So if you do what your friends did [which alone SOUNDS absolutely stupid] you will be ejacualting sperm inside your girlfriend. The ‘lag’ or ‘delay’ thing only means a delay in when you can become erect again. [Not to get all personal, but I dont have delay. My lady and I can go [and have went plenty of times] all night to the morning unless i’m not in the mood or something].

The kegel to masturbation comparison w/ McDonalds doesn’t qualify. If you want to compare it to something, think about you did an upper back workout then did your traps. It won’t and shoudn’t ‘undo’ the kegel exercises, especially if you’re doing them daily. Don’t sweat it. Just try not to masturbate too much. Even though it’s healthy for you to some extent, it’s also not at the same time.

No, ejaculating does not undo exercising. That's like asking if lifting boxes undoes weightlifting exercises.

Guys can do kegels too. They just stengthen the PC muscles between the genitals and the anus.

If anything, ejaculation only increases the strength of your PC muscles. And no there are no health side affects from ejaculating as long as you are healthy enough for sex. Which at 19 you’re healthy enough for sex.
