Kind of a &quot;flutter&quot; motion I guess you could say. I&#039;ve also tried squeezing, holding a few seconds, releasing, then squeezing right back. The difference between that and the &quot;flutter&quot; one is I squeeze and hold for longer. And my boyfriend has definitely noticed a difference. I didn&#039;t tell him I was doing them, just to see if he would notice and say anything. He asked me what I have been doing since I felt so much tighter.
