How to perform the Kegel exercise?

I heard you can use the kegel exercise to tight your vagina, but how it is perform? I to do it correctly.

They are the same muscles you would use to stop your pee midstream. So sit there and pretend that you are trying to stop peeing. If you’re still not sure, next time you pee, try to stop half way through by activating those muscles. Then relax again and empty your bladder. Those are the muscles you need to tense and relax, in order to make them stronger.
