What is a Kegel exercise, how it can improve my companion pleasure during sex.?


A Kegel is a movement of your muscles in your groin, like what you do to hold your urine when you want to go to the bathroom. If you do these movements daily and continuously, you can achieve proficiency to "grab" your sexual partner’s "weapon" OK? now go exercise and make somebody happy!

    Kegel’s are exercises that strengthen & tighten your vaginal walls. An easy to do em’ is to enhale and lift down there. You can do em’ while you’re peeping if you peep a little, then stop, then peep again, then stop, then peep…you get the idea. If you tighten em’ during sex, then Yes, your partner will feel this contraction of your walls and it will drive him nuts (literally)! : )

    A Kegel exercise is when a woman squeezes/contracts the walls of her vagina to tighten the muscles. This can be done to provide partner with sexual pleasure and/or prepare for pushing in childbirth. Kegel exercises should be done for several minutes per day and can be done while sitting, standing or basically from any position.
