What is Kegel Exercise? Is it obligatory to heal the episiotomy? If yes, can you give me any video tutoreal?
What about the use of anesthetic spray/foam and squirt bottle? Do we need to use both Sitz Bath, Anesthetic Foam and Squirt? Or any one of them is enough? Is the Anesthetic Spray and Squirt is need for healing, or only for reduce the pain? I have passed 3 weeks after Episiotomy and my pain has already reduced by taking Sitz Bath. Do I still need to use these spray or foam? If yes, can you suggest me the name of any spray and squirt?
its where u strenghtin ur vaginal muscle where u tightin and releease them do it when u go to the loo to find out where they are gross but its just stopiin and startin ur pee hope this helps lol
