I do them, even when I’m sitting at my desk at work and nobody knows!!
I find they help hugely, it improves your sex life no end!
I also found that after having a baby, my muscles felt a lot tighter therefore I felt I recovered from the birth quickly and downstairs was pretty much no worse for wear!
They’re great and I’d recommend them to anyone!!!!!

I do them every time my husband enters me. I get the BEST treatment after!!!!
