Can it be possible that your kegel muscles are too strong?

My kegel muscles are strong to the point that I can push my partner out of me. I want to know if this is normal. Sometimes i have to concentrate so that i’m not making too difficult for him to keep penetration.

No, not too strong at all. I’m not sure but maybe you could time it so that you’re squeezing as he’s pushing in. He’d be less likely to slip out that way than he would on the ‘backstroke’ I’d think. The harder you can squeeze him the better.

you should practice with as many guys as you can meet on the internet to get a second opinion.

wow, are you sure this this isn’t a gift from god, it seems like the guy would enjoy it being nice and tight.

Concentrate? How about relax, that would work much better. You can build them up enough to be able to push your partner out or squeeze/contract on him. Relaxation is what you need to do.

I don’t have the exact same problem (I’m a virgin) but I do know that strong kegel muscules help you hold in pee. And I have to sit for a long time and relax before I can make myself pee. So my advice to you is relax, breath, and your kegels will relax.
