They make special lucite rods to help you do these exercises but you dont really need these.

Lay on your back.

Imagine a pencil or soda straw sticking out of your vagina.

You want to contract the muscles on the FRONT of your vagina to tilt the straw upwards.

It is not just a clench everything (although that does help.)

You can probably practice with a tampon with a long plastic applicator. It takes work to isolate the front muscles.

		<description>Kegels are not very easy to do. Took me a couple of months to get it right. Everytime you go to ease yourself, do the exercise of peeing for 3 seconds then stopping the flow without using your thigh muscles or butt then hold it for 15 seconds from the time it stopped. Keep repeating this exercise for a couple of weeks and you&#039;ll start to notice two things,your retention will have improved and you will be able to feel some muscles in there. Crap..that was weird.
