Is there a particular manual/method to perform kegel exercise? and
are there any objects/toys which can be used to perform Kegel Exercises for males?
I understand that females use Ben-Wa Balls , are the balls suitable for males as well?

This is something you can do when peeing. Without using your fingers (or a clothespin lol) stop the flow of urine and hold it for a bit, then release.
I think that’s how it works. Supposed to help you shoot farther or something. Maybe.

I never have used anything for kegels other than my booty muscles. For the male, it is the same thing. You clench your anus and urethra, hold it for ten seconds or so, and relax. You do as many reps as you can. You can count them and apportion them into blocks of how many reps you like; but I just do as many as I can while driving to work and back.

You know how youre in the bathroom and youre takin a wiz and you do that thing with your penus that stops the flow of urine… well thats your kegel muscle acting.
I looked up some info about the kegel thing about a year ago and now my lower region friend is like a fcckin fire hose. You dont need any Ben-Wa Balls but your own … and there is actually a small guide to traning it. The kegel exercises improve the strength of your errection and make you shoot like those guys do in the porn videos.
Every man should at least do 500-1000 kegels a day.
I ) Start by warming up fast doing fast clamps about 300
II) Squeeze and hold for about 30 seconds and repeat 7 times … break 10 secs every set
III) Squeeze lightly …hold 10 seconds…release a little and then squeeze even harder and hold for 10 seconds…release a little..and hold for another 10 seconds…after that let go and repeat 5 times … no rest in between whatsoever.
IV) Last part is squeeze and hold … you should do it for atleast 3 minutes… but the better you get you should hold it for longer….
I gaurantee you results…. mine are amazing … no reason to lie for me
