My midwife told me that I should wait at least a month to start going back to gym and to only do really light excersizes. She said that she normally suggests waiting 6 weks but since I excersized up until the day I gave birth that I should be fit enough to begin again in 4 weeks. But can I start doing my kegels again now or should I wait to start doing those too?
asap they really help to tighten everything back up, just don’t strain yourself
