I do 300 a day
They start working within a few days although you might not really notice the difference for a few weeks, but…
… like any muscle, your PCs respond best to exercise when there’s time to *rest* in between.
100 a day (ten sets of 10, each one ten seconds long) every *other* day will get you faster results than doing 300 every day. It’ll also help to do some *pushing* after each set or after each squeeze)… Kegels aren’t just about toning the muscles, they’re about getting voluntary *control* of them.
