and how do you do them?
As a general rule, Kagel exercises are done by women to strengthen the muscle surrounding the vagina in order to be able to "tighten up" at will. I have heard of male Kagel’s, but I’m not sure what it would accomplish. To do it, pretend like you are urinating and try to "squeeze" off the stream. You will notice your penis rise a bit each time you do it, but like I said, I’m not sure what is accomplished by doing this.
What are some kegel exercises men can do?

i know wat u mean… very hard to explain…tighten then relax the PC muscle. I think your penis should move. The PC muscle is responcible for holding back urine.

You can do Kegels exercises by clenching the muscles that stop the flow of urine. You can find it by stopping yourself from peeing while in the process of doing so. Then, you simply clench and release that muscle repeatedly, though you have to do this about a hundred or more times daily or every other day to notice results.
