Whilst you are peeing, try to stop. Then you will know which muscles to use. Just keep doing that (without the peeing of course) whenever you feel like it

Check out http://www.KegelCoach.com The people here who said it’s not for men don’t know what the Kegel is. It works the PC or pubococcygeus muscle which both men and women have. And both men and women can benefit greatly from it in many many ways.
For men:
• Faster & more powerful erections
• Greater control over ejaculation
• More intense orgasms
• Supports prostate health
• Greater sexual enjoyment
• More confidence with your partner
They work, believe me. And any guy who wants to really please his girl should be using them. You need to exercise more than your chest and biceps. The PC muscle is your "love muscle" and it can dramatically affect your sex life.
Check out http://www.KegelCoach.com This is the easiest (and most fun) way to work your PC muscle. You can try it for like a month for $1.
Believe me… it really works.
Good luck
