Commonly we use kegel balls in three forms:
By Sitting:
After sitting on a chair you can insert K-BALLS into your vagina. Close your leg after the balls are comfortably in place. Use your vaginal muscles to move the balls back and forth inside your vagina. It is quite easy to use.
By Standing:
Just stand up and spread your feet shoulder width apart. Slowly insert the K-BALLS and hold them inside your vagina as long as you can.
By Squating:
During squatting you have to spread your feet as far apart as is comfortable. Without using any other muscles (ie. stomach and legs), use your vaginal muscles to hold and/or move K-BALLS inside your vagina. Do not let the K-BALLS slip out.

I think that’s how you spell it. For those that don’t know what a kegel is, you probably shouldn’t try to answer. It’s an exercise, is probably the most appropriate way to put it. I’ve heard of different ways to do it, but I can’t help but feel like I’m clenching everything when it’s only supposed to be specific muscles. Can someone think of an easy way to explain?
To make sure you’re clenching the right muscles;
Firstly go to the toilet and stop the flow of urine half way through – they are the muscles you need to be focusing on, when you then go to try Kegals insert a few fingers and tighten those muscles, you should feel them tightening around your fingers, that’s how you know you’re focusing on the right muscles (if you feel the muscles of your buttocks tighten then it’s not right either, just relax your buttocks).
To do Kegals;
Method 1;
Flex those muscles ten times, do three sets (that’s 30 squeezes in total) – think about those muscles you found with the above method, and while flexing them think about it like trying to squeeze out a sponge with your vagina, and be sure to breathe deeply. Do this three times a day.
Method 2;
Flex and hold for between 2-4 seconds, then relax for 10 seconds – again it’s like squeezing a sponge, breathe deeply, and with this method you do ten sets. Do this three times a day.
If you still have problems then think about getting tools to help – barbells, smart balls, for example – these do no more than Kegals will, and they can be expensive because companies know women will pay for them, but they may be a good idea for you rather than trying to do Kegals.
The reason I suggest them is because these work as your vagina has to flex naturally to keep them in place, it takes the guess work out for you because you don’t have to be constantly thinking about what muscles to flex or counting how many flexes you are doing. It also means you have something physical there to help you learn the feeling of these muscles – not just for doing Kegals, but the whole point of Kegals (other than for helping to make labour easier and prevent incontinence) is to make sex feel better, and so for that you’d have to know which muscles to flex during sex.
Are there any specific stores that you know of that FOR SURE will sell something like this. Not a vibrator or anything, but the ‘exercise equipment’. Just let me know of any stores, preferably in the vicinity of detroit. I don’t have a credit card so I cant buy online. And I would prefer not to go store to store looking for something so thank you for your listings.
You can do these exercises without equipment. Ask your doctor. If you do need equipment, go to the post office to get your money order. They charge 65 cents.
I’m 18 and Im really confused about how to do kegel and if I’m doing it the right way
Kegels are not very easy to do. Took me a couple of months to get it right. Everytime you go to ease yourself, do the exercise of peeing for 3 seconds then stopping the flow without using your thigh muscles or butt then hold it for 15 seconds from the time it stopped. Keep repeating this exercise for a couple of weeks and you’ll start to notice two things,your retention will have improved and you will be able to feel some muscles in there. Crap..that was weird.

Okay, so i am just curious, i typed this on Google and didn’t find anything.
Again, the question is: "Does ejaculating undo kegel exercise (or any other male-enhancing exercises) benefits?"
I do the Kegels at least 5 days/week, i got a 30 minute commute to school, and a 30 minute commute BACK from school, i do them while driving. Sometimes i do the famous "Jelq" exercise, but not so much, i read that to actually see results from the Jelq you got to do about 500/day… umh, no. haha.
Why do i do the exercises? Well, I’d like to increase slightly on size and girth, dont really need to, my GF LOVES my size, even when we watch porn together, when she sees the monster-penises of the pornstars, she says "EWW" and "OUCH" haha. So getting TOO big its not for me.
But anyways, i got side tracked.
Here is a scenario, I do my kegels (i’ve been doing them for at least 3 months now, they DO make a difference on how much i last in bed!) but lets say its night, my hormones start raging (i AM 19 after all) and i masturbate, of course, i will ejaculate, will the ejaculation UNDO the benefits of the Kegels?
Part of me wants to say YES because: If you exercise and burn 200 calories, but then go to McDonald’s and eat a McDouble that has 500+ Calories you just undid your exercise, where HERE, you are Doing your Kegels to DELAY ejaculation and in Masturbation you are trying to ejaculate ASAP.
And other part says no… just because i want to believe No.
I am no Doctor, but please some one answer.

1.- i do my Kegels at LEAST 5 days/week while driving, playing videogames, maybe i am right now, facebooking, etc….
2.- my hormones are racing 24/7 (i think i may be addicted to sex, lol)… i masturbate about 2 – 3 times/week… according to google thats average….
3.- is masturbating bad when it comes to male enhancing exercises… (i know you last long after you ejaculate)… BONUS QUESTION… lets say i’m with my GF, she gives me a B.J. i ejaculate, then i go to bathroom and pee to get rid of any sperm in the shaft, and maybe jump in shower to clean off any residue, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE MALE body to make sperm again?

Kegel is for women and men.
Anywho, just to start things…the body makes sperm without stopping. So right when you ejaculate, you already have sperm waiting in your testes. So if you do what your friends did [which alone SOUNDS absolutely stupid] you will be ejacualting sperm inside your girlfriend. The ‘lag’ or ‘delay’ thing only means a delay in when you can become erect again. [Not to get all personal, but I dont have delay. My lady and I can go [and have went plenty of times] all night to the morning unless i’m not in the mood or something].
The kegel to masturbation comparison w/ McDonalds doesn’t qualify. If you want to compare it to something, think about you did an upper back workout then did your traps. It won’t and shoudn’t ‘undo’ the kegel exercises, especially if you’re doing them daily. Don’t sweat it. Just try not to masturbate too much. Even though it’s healthy for you to some extent, it’s also not at the same time.
I am guessing nearly everyone has a little trouble with this, from what I read…how long did this go on after you delivered? Did your doc warn you? Did anybody have a consistent problem with bladder control after delivery, such as a year after the birth or more?
It has been 6.5 months and I still do not have complete control. I don’t need a diaper or anything, but everytime I sneeze I pee a little. It is awful.
I drink tons of water so that might make it a little worse. My doctor never warned me about this.
My female friend has an excellent body or shape? She has a HUGE Butt. The problem is that she is really stretched out. She can’t afford surgery. Kegel exercises does not work for her. What can she do.
