does that mean you won’t be able to have children?
The excercises will help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles but they will not repair a prolapsed uterus. Uterine prolapse is treated with a pessary which is inserted into the vagina to help raise your uterus or with surgery to tighten or remove your uterus. It will not prevent you from becoming pregnant but it may make it harder to get pregnant.

Temporaily the kegel exercises work but is not a permanent solution. The only permanent solution is removal of the uterus.
