i have been doing them for approx 8 month but have not managed to see if the feeling intensified.
try when having sex flexing vaginal muscle – your partner will definitely tell you. or you can insert finger in vagina and then flex muscles and see yourself. it works very well usually.
do pelvic floor exersises really work?

Yes they do. If you had a baby they are essential and help maintain bladder control.

Try doing splits or inner thigh stretches. A good hop on the elliptical climber would do you good.

They are essential to maintain good tone of the pelvic floor muscles. Without them women often suffer some form of vaginal prolapse in later life or suffer from mild bladder weakness…..stick with them.

ive been doing them lately and sometimes i feel like theyve done something but other days i dont see any difference. apparently they do work though. ask advice from a gp to make sure your doing them right etc,and ive heard you can get exercise equipment to help with them. dont give up.
