Any particular product that is better than others? Do they work? How long does it take to see a difference. What are major effects?
If this thing you’re looking into buying is a device used to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles so that your vagina feels "tighter", then buying it would be unnecessary. You can do Kegal exercises and they will have the same effect. When you’re sitting or standing (in a car, office, etc. anywhere), repeatedly squeeze the muscles that control when you urinate. If you don’t know how to locate these muscles, next time you’re urinating, try to stop the flow by squeezing your muscles down there; you’ve found your pelvic floor muscles. Each time you squeeze, count to three and then release. Do this as often and as much as you want.
Has anyone used a pelvic floor toner? Any specific recommendations?

I’m with Tiff, Kegel are really good. They helped my Mum regain a good degree of bladder control after the Dr’s told her she would have to live with urinary incontinence! She was 70 when she started doing the exercises, so they can work even after a lifetime of weak muscles.
Search Kegel on line and you will find lots of info and examples of exercises.

I am with tiff too. I do them have been for 4 years now, they are great for stopping the need for ‘tena lady’.
You have to keep them up if you don’t the problem will come back.
You don’t need to waste money on buying a toner, just keep pulling em up.!
No worries when you sneeze or laugh either. If you want to spend a penny, pull em up, and you will find you can hold for longer, as the continence clinic Dr told me it lines your bladder up , weird but it works for me. go girl.
