I wrote some advice on a parenting site on how to do pelvic floor exercises. The advice was aimed at a person after she had a baby, but it still has step by step instructions on how to do them.

Kegels. just use the muscles you would use to stop the flow of urine. Hold for 10 seconds and release for 10 seconds

You can strengthen them by doing kegels. There are so many that you should do a day and you are supposed to work up everyday but I’m not sure how many. You can look it up on Webmd and some other websites though. It’s like when you pee and you start and stop the stream. Only you shouldn’t be doing it when you pee. They are little muscles that have an effect on the cervix. It also helps your guy feel a tighter feeling when he is in you.
