i’m trying to improve my pelvic floor strength but i’m not sure if i’m doing the exercise right
is i were to sit in front of a mirror and do the squeeze and lift in front, what would my area down there look like, would it be moving upwards or what?
you should be able to see your butthole tightening up if your looking in a mirror.
if you insert a (clean) finger or two inside your vagina you should be able to feel the muscles squeezing.
and as for your pee hole, you should be able to stop yourself peeing when your doing the exercises.

I’m not really sure what they look like but basically all you have to do is clench as if you are trying not to let out a fart. Clench for a few seconds and release and repeat as often as you can throughout the day. You will soon have super strength pelvic floor muscles.

I don’t think you’ll see your twatt moving up or down
They’re like letting pee out and stopping. The holding of the pee, not farting
Just flex as if you’re holding your pee for 10-15 seconds, then relax the area for 5-10 seconds, then repeat often. I’m trying to get myself to practice these. It’s sooo important for a woman to do this.
I’m currently pregnant the third time around, and seriously…keep doing these throughout life. It’s necessary!!
